Pricing questions

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
The workspace locks. Start the trial, then request a Small, Medium, or Unlimited license during those 30 days if you want to keep access.
What does the teacher cap count?
Teacher records you timetable: the people who appear on year plans and timetables. Planner and teacher logins do not count. Subjects, classes, students, and rooms are not capped.
Do these prices include VAT?
No. The published amounts are excl. VAT.
What do self-serve licenses leave out?
They include all product features and updates. They do not include SIS/MIS, room-booking, or calendar-system connections, a named support manager, serviced onboarding, or training. Those sit in the Serviced package.
How does a Serviced quote work?
The figures on this page are starting points: from €2,500 for setup and from €4,500 per year for the license, excl. VAT. We tailor the quote once we know your teacher count, campuses, and which systems you use.
